Domestic and foreign corporations are required to file an initial report within 6 months of registration in Arizona. Then annual reports (cost: $45) are due on the anniversary date of incorporation for corporations. Annual reports are not required for LLCs. Annual reports can be filed online.
Arizona requires all entities, except foreign LLCs, to publish a notice of formation in newspapers after the filing is completed. However, if you form your LLC with us, this requirement will be waved, saving you on expensive publication fees. The majority of entities are also required to file a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN)—we can file this for you for just $25.
