Arizona Foreign LLC Registration

If you own an LLC based outside of Arizona and you want to operate in Arizona, you will register your limited liability company as an Arizona foreign LLC. Once your paperwork is filed, the state returns a filed certificate of authority from the Corporations Division of the Arizona Secretary of State.

We can register your foreign LLC in Arizona for the state filing fee plus $100.

OR, you can do the filing yourself, and just sign up with us as your registered agent in Arizona. All foreign Arizona LLCs will require a registered agent. We offer this service from us for $49 a year.
