Registered Agent Services in Arizona
Arizona Registered Agent Service
As your Arizona registered agent, we accept service of process for you. Having a reliable registered agent will help ensure that your company is in compliance with the State of Arizona. If your mail from the Arizona Corporation Commission or other Arizona state agencies is being returned, or they are unable to reach you, they will contact your Arizona registered agent.
Arizona Business Presence
Your business needs its own phone number, email address, and website. We offer these at no upfront cost. You get to choose your own domain name and website. You’ll also get a website and email address at that domain, SSL service for website security, and a local Arizona phone number with a direct business line you can use by going online with your own device or using our iOS or Android apps.
Secure Online Account
We scan any service of process or other documents we receive on your behalf at our local Arizona office and upload them to your secure online account. You are then sent an email with the item as an attachment or notified that you have a new mail item to view and download from your online account. If you don’t respond to our email, we continue our efforts to contact you until we are sure you have been notified. You can choose to have us send emails to 5 additional email addresses (such as your CPA, attorney or spouse) in the event we do not get a response from you.
Reminders for Your Arizona Annual Report
Arizona corporations have to file annual reports. The state will mail you a reminder to file, but if you don’t file or are late, you will have to pay late fees.
Our clients can check the due dates for annual reports in their secure online account. They also receive multiple email reminders from us to file their annual reports on time.
Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report
Federal law requires most LLCs and corporations to file a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) within 30 days of registering with the state. (Although you’ll have 90 days if registered in 2024. Or, if you formed your company before 2024, you’ll have until January 1, 2025.) The law is complex and includes steep fines if your report isn’t filed on time. Our BOI filing service will make sure your report is filed accurately and in a timely manner, all for $25.
State of Arizona Forms for Immediate Filing
